This course is designed to provide students with a comprehensive introduction to flood adjusting and the National Flood Insurance Program. The course will provide the history and evolution of the NFIP, a description of how it operates, and vivid detail regarding the coverages, exclusions, and conditions contained within the NFIP Dwelling Coverage Form.

Packed with informative videos straight from FEMA and the NFIP, as well as relevant imagery to provide a deeper appreciation and understanding of what is covered and not covered, and what must be done to ensure maximum financial recovery after a flood disaster. 

This course will also provide detailed information on the claims process, the job of the NFIP Flood Adjuster, and qualifications and expectations of those who serve the NFIP and its policyholders.
